There isn't much to say here tonight. Readers of our magazine will be able to view and download all of the issues we've released in a page available after we complete the archiving a few weeks from now.

It's been a great ride and we've enjoyed working to get the content out to you all as much and as soon as possible. Since 2009, we've done our best to keep readers in the loop and make everyone's PlayStation Home experience just a little better. You'll be able to find some members of the HBM Team working full time in the Media Street website, on other PlayStation Home magazines around the internet and doing other independent projects.

Again, thank you all very much for the opportunity you've given us to provide you with exclusive content. These past three years have been a blast and it's been an honor to come here and entertain you.

Safe surfing and goodbye.

<![CDATA[Our Possible Finale.]]>Wed, 13 Jun 2012 03:06:18 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/our-possible-finaleHey there, Readers! With just under one hour until the launch of Home Business Magazine's New Edition, we thought this would be a great time to speak to all of you regarding our possible final issue...
We've been at this same old website for over three years now, trying to give Home-goers an interesting bunch of content developed and delivered by your very own PlayStation Home peers. It's been quite an on-again-off-again journey, but the end result was always a positive one.

The HBM Team would just like to thank all the readers and Home-goers who made the pre-launch days bearable and - in the end - worth every second. We'll be here for at least a month after the launch of the New Edition to gather and questions or information you may have for us but, as we've mentioned before, this issue may be our final one. If we happen to fail our reach of minimum readership, this website will be archived and all our work from the past will be published freely for everyone to download.

We hope you enjoy HBM: New Edition and hopefully, we will see you all again soon.
<![CDATA[Just Three Days!]]>Sun, 10 Jun 2012 17:56:00 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/just-three-daysHey Readers!

Within a few days, you'll all get to see our latest addition to the Home Business Magazine line! As we continue our celebration, we've added a temporary Home page for all of you to see. This will serve as our default Home page for the time being and includes a
<![CDATA[One Week To Go!]]>Wed, 06 Jun 2012 04:08:25 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/one-week-to-goHey Everyone! Hope you're enjoying E3 so far!

Just a quick reminder that the polishing stage of Home Business Magazine: New Edition has gone off without a hitch and today marks the beginning of the final stage before the launch of our magazine! As part of this final stage, we've added a couple of small changes to the website overall, but the biggest one is the new tradition of us putting up what we call "The Big Banner". The new banner you see above is the very first of it's kind here at HBM.

Overall, we're very excited to get this underway and we can't wait for you to final see the New Edition!]]>
<![CDATA[Ten Facts About The "New Edition"]]>Thu, 31 May 2012 19:08:46 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/ten-facts-about-the-new-editionWell folks, we have some exciting new information to share with all of you today and we hope it'll get you excited for the ultimate launch on June 13th. Here we go..
Earlier this week, we told our HBM readers that we'd have news ready for them in the next post, which was supposed to be published later that night. Of course, that didn't happen, but this was due to a change in one of our segments. No worries! That segment is still in there and it looks better than ever!

With that said, we worked on the final touches of this segment and are now officially completed with the entire magazine! That's right, it's pretty much ready to launch! However, since we do try our best to get the utmost quality out of our magazine releases, we're still holding on to our June 13th launch. Still, this doesn't mean we can't give out the full statistics of what we've done for HBM: New Edition!

1. As of May 30th at 10:03PM, we finished the final segment and headed straight into what is known as our "Polishing Phase". In this phase, we simply go over every little detail in the magazine and fix anything that needs fixing. We stay in this phase for a week. This means we'll be done polishing by June 6th, where we head into the final stage of our magazine's pre-release journey.

2. We haven't told you guys this, but we internally set a page limit for the New Edition - something we've never done in our history - to an incredible 80 pages to ensure that we don't "ramble on" with the content provided.

3. The HBM Team went over that limit; by two pages. Yes, folks, we have a total of 82 pages available for readers!

4. For the record, that's 72 whole pages more than the largest magazine we've ever launched, making this one the biggest, most content-packed magazine we've ever launched - by far.

5. Keep in mind that we have a new format. These "physical magazine pages" we speak of are where the actual content is held. To hold all of this, we needed to open up a record-breaking 19 extra pages just to fit them all. For our previous record-holder, we only needed four.

6. We officially began working on the latest magazine on December 13th, 2011.

7. We officially finished with all the content on May 30th, 2012, making this issue a six month endeavor.

8. Our photo count for the August 2009 issue (our old record-holder) was about 14. The New Edition is home to over 134 photos.

9. If you don't remember, we officially revealed this issue on February 1st, just under two months after we initially began. It only took us that long because we needed a permanent name for the magazine before we could talk about it. At the time, we only had 12 pages completed. 70 more to go!

10. When we revealed HBM: New Edition, we had 4 brand new segments in mind for our readers. All of them made the cut and, on top of that, we added even more - totaling to about 11 new segments.

<![CDATA[Minor Website Changes]]>Tue, 29 May 2012 21:16:04 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/minor-website-changesHey folks!

Just a quick message to everyone who stops by our website from today on...
1. First, you may have noticed that the old HBM Subscribe button has been replaced with a newer, smoother and brighter button. It performs the same way - taking you to our subscription page.

2. Next, it's about time we tell you exactly where we are with the New Edition of Home Business Magazine! Later tonight, we'll be posting current statistics of the latest HBM issue. Unlike the last statistics post, there will be numbers (pages and all) involved and you might be impressed with them!

3. We're still on track for a June 13th release date for Home Business Magazine: New Edition. In celebration of this feat, we will be updating the website banner on June 6th at midnight - precisely a week before our official launch!

4. On the morning of June 12th, a new post will be added here with a list of all the pages we've created to give you guys a sneak peek at what you can be expected the next day.

We hope you're all excited about the final outcome!
<![CDATA[Current Magazine Status]]>Sun, 27 May 2012 21:07:45 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/current-magazine-statusHey Readers!

It's been months since we reached out to you all and let you know what's been going on with the latest issue! Well, here's your update..
As of this morning, we're down to the last three segments of the magazine. We'll be finished with the entire content of the magazine by this Friday, leaving us with just over two weeks of polish before we set up for our official launch this June 13th.

On the business side of things, those who follow our publisher - Media Street - probably already know about the dilemma facing Home Business Magazine. After weeks and weeks, the decision has been made to set an ultimate goal for HBM as an operating PlayStation Home magazine. If we fail to reach our usual reader viewership on launch day, there will be no more Home Business Magazine. We will be shut down. Luckily, recent observations show that our readers are not only coming back to check up on us, but are becoming more active everyday! If this trend remains up until launch, we should be on our way to making our next issue!

Stay tuned to HBM as June 13th inches closer
<![CDATA[PlayStation Home & You (Official Announcement)]]>Sun, 11 Mar 2012 08:10:03 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/playstation-home-you-official-announcementHey Readers!

Before we gave you all the silent treatment (the positive kind; we promise we've been working the whole time!), those of you who follow the Media Street website received a tiny hint that the HBM Team would be revealing some more news about what will be included in the New Edition sometime during the month of March. Well, folks.. it's March!
Beginning at this very hour, and continuing all the way up to June 1st, we'll be opening our inboxes to a new segment in Home Business Magazine called "The Reader Feeder".

At first, we figured we should make this exclusive to the quarterly magazine launch dates that we've set for the year, but we came to the conclusion that it's not enough. What we'll be doing instead is keep this segment "available" all day, everyday for readers to speak their minds about absolutely anything related to PlayStation Home. Whether it's a question, concern, or full-blown rant, we'll have an answer to them all.

The deadline that we spoke about (June 1st) is this season's deadline for readers to make it to the release of our New Edition. That's right! We're dedicating two full pages to The Reader Feeder in this season's issue, so be sure to get those thoughts to us in less than three months.

Our second announcement also relies on those who want to be heard. User-Generated Comics and User-Generated Articles are now open and also have a set deadline for June 1st for this issue. We're publishing and crediting all "comic-strips", reviews, previews and overviews focused within Home and the PlayStation Home community. Examples of how these segments work will be explained later this month and into the next month.

Finally, we're officially announcing another original HBM Article in the form of "Top 5 Things People Do In Home". The article is currently our main focus, and will be finished within the next two days. After finishing this article, we will be moving on to the completion of a new - yet top-secret new piece of content for our most devoted readers.

Thank you all for taking the time to keep checking us out! We say this a lot, but we really can't thank the readers enough for all the support. Clearly, you've all done your part in spreading the word about our magazine, as our average daily traffic continues to rise. We can't wait to show you what we've been developing! June 13th cannot come soon enough!
<![CDATA[Home Business Magazine! [Official Reveal Announcement]]]>Thu, 02 Feb 2012 01:36:45 GMThttp://hbmag.weebly.com/home/home-business-magazine-official-reveal-announcementHey Readers!

As we continue to build upon our latest magazine for the planned spring release, we're also hard at work cooperating with many different groups that we've worked with in the past to gather feedback on what would be the best fit for this upcoming edition. Today is finally the day to reveal a great amount of information about what we've been working on. As promised, this post will have every detail we can currently unleash to the public. Keep in mind that what you read here is only what we have solid plans for and what we've actually completed and polished so far...
That's not a preview banner, folks. That's the real deal, size and all. As part of our new format, we've decided to go for a much more traditional magazine look. We're proud to announce the official title for the upcoming HBM issue. Here are some big details for Home Business Magazine: New Edition..

Hitting Home - This is a brand new and very exciting segment that will be officially taking off in the issue following this one (but will be advertised in a couple of pages throughout the New Edition). This segment relies entirely on user input, so we hope the average Home enthusiast isn't shy!

What this segment entails is a user-written letter to us here at HBM expressing your opinion on any topic you choose to talk to us about. Most of these letters will be getting responses from us that will be published on the latest issue of Home Business Magazine! We will be trying to squeeze in some letters in for the New Edition if they get sent in to us in time for the release so be sure to get those creative juices flowing!

Advertising - We wanted to add this to the list of information because we wanted to clear up any misunderstandings that readers may have. Our advertisements are only published if it involves websites or third-party PlayStation Home-based companies. We don't intend to make you guys look at ads about things you'll never buy. We're just putting up ads about things you might want to check out (especially if you're a fan of HBM).

Harvey - We will be introducing our very own "mascot" to the community, if you will. As you can see, his name is Harvey. Harvey the Homebody. There are two instances where you will most likely see him - at the end of review articles and throughout our "comics", which we will explain later on.

Fashion Is Back! - One of our most popular pieces in our history has been about fashion. It was only fair that we brought it back in style! In the New Edition of HBM, you'll be setting your eyes on new fashionistas in new locations with new outfits and maybe some comments from these Home socialites.

Home Icons - This one is very interesting because we've been trying for years to attempt a segment like this, but found it to be a very big challenge. Luckily, we're closer than ever before to actually making this happen and we're very excited about it! This segment can be compared to an older segment we tried called Clans@Home. Home Icons expands on this idea beyond just gaming clans and into legitimate PlayStation Home-dedicated groups or solo icons that are considered well-known amongst the tens of millions participating in Home today.

Polls - Quite self-explanatory, but still important to us. We will be releasing a poll that readers can vote on starting on the New Edition's release date. As always, it will be completely optional to vote on.

Reviews - We'll be piling on the reviews for you guys, including full-length reviews for RC Rally, Uncharted 3's space, Bootleggers '29 and more!

Comics - We'll be implementing a brand new comic-strip segment for our magazine from now on! Comic strip characters can range from fictional characters made through the HBM Team (like Harvey!) or actual avatars from PlayStation Home. More information on these comic-strip segments will be released before the launch of the New Edition.

Overviews - Our readers don't get to see us very often in the Home community or even in the Home world, so we thought we'd go out there, take pictures and hang out in new locations around PlayStation Home. This is what we're calling "Overviews". This upcoming issue has a few and we'll have plenty more ready in the future. What it is essentially is a personal, casual view of the Home life through the eyes of a journalist.

Interviews - These are very well-liked among the HBM community, so we wanted to give you as much as possible! We'll have a small form of interviews with the fashionistas in their dedicated pages and more interviews via our Home Icons segment, but here will be interviewing even more Home users here through our Interviews segments. These are simply for the "everyday" people of Home and their views on certain topics.

& More! - We have quite a few more segments that we can list here, but we would rather hold it off for a future post where we can give you a more detailed explanation as to what we've got whipped up for this massive edition.

We'll have much more information to display as the months leading to the launch comes and goes. We hope you are all excited for the New Edition, and we can't wait to show you everything we've been working on! Talk to you all soon!

Oh! We can't forget about the release date! You can all expect to get a look at the completed product on:

June 13th, 2012!
